1 C buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. (heaping) baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into smoking hot oil in skillet. Allow to cook on surface burner on high for 1 minute. Place in 450 oven until done.
