1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. oats (quick)
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Icing:
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all but the chips. Spread in cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Spread chips on top. Let stand 5 minutes.

Icing: mix sugar, peanut butter and milk. Spread on top (create a marble affect). Cool and cut into bars.
