1 C flour
1/2 C oleo
1/2 C pecans

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
2 C prepared whipped topping
2 pkgs instant pudding mix (any flavor)
3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Mix flour, oleo and pecans together. Put into 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350
for 15 minutes. (Do not brown) Cool.
2nd Layer: Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping. Spread on crust.
3rd Layer: Add instant pudding. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours or overnight.
