1 lb sausage
1 pkg (8) refrigerator crescent rolls (i have made pizza dough and used for the crust)
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt (did not always include)
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
brown sausage; drain. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in a 12 inch ungreased pizza pan with points in center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. This also tastes good cold.
