1 lb ground hamburger
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup elbow macaroni (cook until al dente)
1 can Summer Crisp corn drained
2 cans original stewed tomatoes
4 pieces American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with pam. Add chopped onions and sliced carrots. Cook with lid on pot until almost soft. Add ground hamburger and cook without lid until no longer red. Add stewed tomatoes, corn and 4 pieces of cheese. Cook for about a 1/2 an hour or until meat is tender and then add cooked macaroni.

I can remember my mother making this recipe quite often. I don't know if she made this up or found it in a magazine or cookbook. My mother loved to collect recipes and I love to also. This can also be made with ground turkey.
