2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. diced pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup grated American cheese
2 cups broken potato chips or Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute or microwave celery, onions and green pepper. Mix all together, except last two ingredients. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole sprayed or greased with butter. Mix cheese and potato chips/Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, uncovered.
