Strawberry Dessert Recipe

Crust: 1 C flour
1/4 C brown sugar
1 Cube oleo, melted
1/2 C chopped nuts

In large mixing bowl: 1 C sugar
1 10 ounce pkg thawed strawberries (juice & all)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 egg whites

Add: 1/2 pint cream whipped

Spread first four ingredients in 9" x 13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325, stirring frequently to break up pieces. Cool. Keep 1/3 of it for topping.

Beat ingredients in mixing bowl for 20 minutes and place in cooled pan.

Add 1/2 pint cream whipped, and spread in pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
