1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 8 oz. light cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp. milk
1 medium tomato
parsley
1/2 green pepper (If you like can use red or other pepper)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
4 oz. imitation crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese with milk and add crushed garlic and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion ,spread on large plate or pan. Take tomato and pepper and remove seeds (chop fine) add salt and lemon juice and spoon over cheese. chop crab meat and put over cheese. Top with freshly chopped parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
