4 thick Pork Chops, sliced in half lengthwise
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2-3 generous splashes White Wine
1 cup Chicken Stock

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in a fry pan. Add the 8 thin pork chops and cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
2. Remove pork chops.
3. Put the balsamic vinegar, white wine, and chicken stock in pan and boil until reduced by half.
4. Add pork chops back in to coat.
5. Serve with wild rice
