40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 C melted oleo
1 6 ounce Can frozen lemonade
1 Can Eagle Brand milk
1 13 ounce carton cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo and mix well with crushed cracker crumbs. Reserve 1/2 C for top, Press remainder in a 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325. Thaw lemonade and combine with cool whip and eagle brand milk. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
