3.5 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup canola oil
Handful of chopped green onions
Handful of chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp sugar
Salt/pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper (optional) to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor and process on high until creamy
2. Allow to stand in refrigerator for at least 30 min. to allow the flavors to mingle.
3. Vinegar/oil can be adjusted (in 1/4 cup increments) depending on the thickness desired.
