Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
2 T. butter
1 cup milk
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t salt

Topping:
2 cups brown sugar
2 T butter
1 1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan, add topping.
TOPPING:
Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.Pour mixture over the cake batter and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream:)
