4-6 apples, peeled and sliced

1 Tbsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. sugar

1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup of flour
1 egg
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over apples in a pie plate, about 2/3 full.

Combine butter, sugar, flour, egg and salt.

Pour over apples and bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.

A 1/2 cup of chopped nuts may be added. I have never used them.
