Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 rounded tbsp. of flour
1/2 cup milk
2 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a unbaked pie shell.

Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes at 350

Serve warm or room temperature.
