1 32 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups grated sharp cheese
2 cups finely crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes, saute onions in 1/4 cup butter until partially cooked
Put potatoes in 9x13 greased casserole dish
Spread the onions on top
Mix soup, sour cream, salt and pepper together and spread over potatoes
Sprinkle cheese on the top
Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with the crushed cornflakes and sprinkle on the top of everything
Bake at 350, uncovered, for 1 hour
