1 T. cornstarch
6 T. sugar
1/2 cup water
Few grains of salt
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cornstarch, sugar, water and salt in a very small pan until thick and clear. Set aside. Beat egg whites until frothy. Continue beating and pour mixture slowly into egg whites, beating 5 minutes. Bake at 375 until lightly browned. This recipe is very old. (No title on the recipe, so just guessing on this!)
