2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1 c shredded cheddar
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c bisquick
3 eggs
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease pie plate. Heat 1 inch salted water add broccoli. Cover and heat to boiling. Cook until almost tender, about 5 minutes. Drain. Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper, and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 30 to 45 minutes.
