1 1/2 c Flour
4 T Brown Sugar
1 1/3 sticks Margarine
3 1/2 c Diced Rhubarb
3/4 c Sugar
1 small box Strawberry Jello
1 small box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 c Milk
8 oz Cool Whip
8 oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar over rhubarb; let stand while making crust. To make crust, combine flour, brown sugar and margarine and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Add dry Jello to the rhubarb and chill until soupy. Prepare pudding with milk; add cool whip and cream cheese. Blend. Pour rhubarb and pudding mixtures over crust and swirl with a knife. Chill several hours.
