2 large bunches fresh spinach 1/3 cup chicken broth 1 Tbls soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 2 oranges peeled into bite sized pieces 1 Tbls toasted sesame seed
Place spinach in large saucepan. Cook covered over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until leaves are wilted. Drain well. In the same saucepan, combine chicken broth, soy and sugar. Boil. Stir in spinach and orange pieces and heat. Serve in bowls. Sprinkle in sesame seeds. Serve with additional soy.
