4 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 t. baking powder 1 t. salt 4 T. sugar
Beat eggs, sugar and oil together. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Coat pan with Pam and pour 1/4 c. batter into frying pan and tip in circular motion so batter covers bottom of pan. Brown both sides. Serve rolled up with jam and powdered sugar. Best with homemade freezer jam!
