2 c brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
2 sticks oleo
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
6 qts popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine brown sugar, syrup, oleo, cream of tartar and salt. Heat mixture to boiling and boil for 2 minutes. Add baking soda quickly and stir well. Pour over popcorn and stir. Put on jellyroll pan and bake 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. When done baking, spread on waxed paper to cool. Break apart and store in airtight container.
