8 frozen hash brown patties
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned
7 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put hash browns in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese and sausage on top. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard together. Pour over sausage. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
