1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. jiffy corn bread mix
2 beaten eggs
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pepper and onion in margarine. Spray Pam in 9x 13, or smaller, pan or bowl. Combine corn, jiffy mix, and egg in pan. Add pepper, onion, and margarine, mix well. Dot with sour cream - sprinkle cheese on top

bake at 350 for 50 minutes
