16 oz Sour Crea
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 pkg Dark Moist Chocolate cake mix
1 pkg Jell-O instant Chocolate pudding
6 oz; Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cool a Bundt cake pan in a refrigerator (5-10 min).

Beat eggs with a fork, transfer to mixing bowl and add sour cream, vegetable oil, Irish cream to the beaten eggs and blend till combined.

Add chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding to the above mix and gently combine. Stir in chocolate chips to the above mix and gently mix with fork.

Apply little bit of butter to the surface of the cooled Bundt pan; pour mix into the cake pan. 1 hr until done.

Enjoy the cake (with or without ice cream). You can substitute whole eggs with egg whites, and sour cream with light or fat free sour cream to reduce fat content
