Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups herb seasoned stuffing cubes
16 oz sour cream
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place herb stuffing in a plastic (or paper) bag of your choice and beat it senseless, or until it looks more like bread crumbs than cubes. Don’t reduce it to dust, just mash it up a bit. Big pieces are okay. Place the smashed stuffing bits in a flat pan and set aside. In a large bowl combine sour cream, celery salt, paprika, black pepper, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Once the mixture looks uniform, drag your first chicken breast through it, coating liberally. You want a nice thick coat of sour cream (forget about the calories-they bake out in the oven. I think. Did I mention this is not a diet recipe?) Next, gently roll the coated chicken breast through the pan of herb stuffing, patting and coating all sides.
