2-4 lb beef, pork, veal mix (can also add sausage)
carrots
onion
celery
fresh parsley
ketchup
mustard
salt
pepper
1 egg beaten

Glaze:
ketchup
teriyaki marinade
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter.
Chop carrots, onion and celery, saute until tender and cool. Add to ground meat with ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Add egg and chopped parsley.
Mix wee. Form into a rectangle and place on foil lined cookie sheet.
Combine glaze ingredients. It should not be too runny. Pour over meatloaf.
Bake at 350 for 45-55 minute
