2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup cold water
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup cocoa
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and cocoa. Bring water, margarine and oil to a boil, then pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Add buttermilk, soda and eggs. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. While baking, make frosting with margarine, buttermilk, cocoa and powdered sugar to desired consistency. Spread on cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
