2 8in cake pans greased and floured
4 oz unsweetened chocolate or cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup hot coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Beat to cream the sugar, vanilla, chocolate and butter
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Add dry ingredients to cream and mix
Add coffee and stir
Pour into pans
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min
