2/3 C. Butter
2/3 C. Flour
2 C. Milk
1 1/2 C. Chicken Broth
2/3 C. Cream
1 1/2 t. Salt
1 1/2 t. Pepper
1 cooked chicken or chicken breasts shredded (i like to put chicken breasts in crock pot with a half a cube butter and a pack of dry italian seasoning)
chicken bouillon if needs more flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour and gradually add milk stirring constantly until smooth and think. Add broth, cream and seasonings. Add shredded chicken.

Serve over rice with pineapple, grated cheese, tomatoes, celery, green onions, wontons and coconut.
