1 pound Monterey Jack grated cheese
1 pound Longhorn grated cheese
6 eggs
1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
2 4-ounce cans chopped chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cheese, eggs, and milk. Lie a 9 x 13" Pyrex dish with the chilies and cover the mixture. Bake at 350 until doe (about 25 - 30 minutes.) Cut in squares and serve,
