4 C rolled oats (One Minute Oats) 2 C raw wheat germ 1 C sunflower seeds 1 C walnuts or pecans 1/2 C flaked coconut 3/4 C brown sugar (firmly packed) 3/4 C cooking oil 1/3 C water 2 Tbs vanilla 2 - 3 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and mix well.Spread in large shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350º for one hour stirring frequently. Cool and store in tightly covered containers. I cook only about 45 minutes. I find that 1/2 C serving is plenty for me.
