1 pound fresh green beans, cut in half
1 tsp ginger powder or 1 tbsp ginger root

4 tsp dry mustard powder
1 tbsp cold water
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil; add ginger and green beans. Cook 5 minutes, or till tender-crisp.

Drain beans, immerse in icewater to stop the cooking; drain well.

Toss with dressing and serve immediately
