1/3 C all-purpose flour,1/2 t baking power,6 oz. semisweet chocolate,2 lg. eggs,4 oz. toasted hazelnuts, coarsely ground,1 T cocoa,6 T unsalted butter,1/2 C Granulated sugar and 1 t vanilla.

Directions:
Sift flour, cocoa and baking power. Set aside. Melt butter and chocolate and stir in sugar. Pour into a 3 Qt. mixing bowl and set aside to cool. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and nuts. Fill paper-lined 1 1/2" miniature muffin cups 3/4 full/ Bake at 350 for 10 min. cool pans on rack 5 min. Remove cakes from pans and cool completely
