1 package sugar cookie mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. flaked sweetened coconut
1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 c. (or more) white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for cookies. Stir until soft dough forms. Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet.
