1 lb. vanilla wafers (crushed fine)
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate
(thawed and undiluted)
1 stick butter (1 stick = 1/2 cup)
1 lb. powdered sugar
optional:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed vanilla wafers, orange juice concentrate, melted butter and powdered sugar, reserving 1/2 cup of the sugar. Mix well. Roll into small balls, approximately 1 inch.
Roll in reserved powdered sugar, nuts or coconut. Keep refrigerated. Makes 5 or 6 dozen.
