4 loin pork chops
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 onions
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Hot Cooked Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet cook pork chops in oil until browned.on both sides, add onions; cook until tender. At this point I usually transfer mixture to a lightly greased baking pan, mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar , vinegar & salt & pour over meat. Cook about 30 min. or until done at 350.
