1 1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
3/4 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Canned Pumpkin
2 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 cups Nuts, chopped (optional)
3/4 cup Butter, melted
1 Yellow Cake Mix

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl add: eggs, canned pumpkin; mix together. Then add evaporated milk and sugar mixture. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cake mix. Then sprinkle with brown sugar, nuts and drizzle butter on top. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 20 minutes. Test with knife in middle for doneness. Serve with whipped cream.
