1c. water
2 Tblsp. Olive Oil
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve yeast in water add olive oil, sugar, salt, mix in flour add enough dough is not sticky. Shape dough into ball put in a greased bowl cover with damp cloth and let rise until doubled. Preheat oven to 450 Punch dough down and divide in half. Dough may be frozen at this point for future use. Par bake the crust for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Add your favorite toppings and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
