3 beaten eggs 3 cups flour
2 cups sugar 1 TBS cinnamon
1 cup oil 1 tsp salt
1TBS vanilla tsp baking powder
2 cup chopped zucchini nuts if wanted
2.5 cup water in blender

Bake at 350 for an hour. 2 regular or 3 medium loaves.
