cup gluten free tamari sauce
2 T. sesame oil
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. orange or lime juice
cup water
cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 T. molasses
3 - 6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. corn starch
1 lb. chicken breasts filets or thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except corn starch and chicken in a small sauce pan and mix well. Heat sauce until it starts to bubble. Scoop to cup of sauce into a small measuring cup, and stir in the corn starch. Return corn starch mixture to sauce pan and heat until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Marinate chicken for at least hour. If marinating overnight in the refrigerator, let sauce cool before pouring over chicken. Bake chicken at 350⁰ for 35 minutes.
