1 - 2lb bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes. Bake in 9 x 13 cake pan at 350 for approx. 30 minutes. Take out and cover with corn flakes. Bake an additional 20-30 minutes watching corn flakes so they do not burn.
