2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
3 T. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts
1 jar marshmallow creme
Icing Ingredients:
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milnot
1/2 cup cocoa
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and bake in a 13 x 9 pan at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Spread the jar of marshmallow creme. Let cool. Mix icing ingredients and smooth on top of marshmallow creme.

Nuts can be put in cake or on top after iced.
