1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tblsp. Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, peanuts, syrup, sugar and salt in a large micro-wave safe bowl. Cook 6-7 minutes on high. Mixture should be bubbling and peanuts browned. Quickly stir in butter and vanilla. Cook 2-3 minutes longer. Remove and add soda and stir quickly just until mixture is foamy. Pour immediately onto greased cookie sheet and spread to desired thickness.
