Ingredients:  
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
dash of salt
1 c. cooked mashed carrots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Shortening, butter and sugar. Add beaten egg and carrots. Add dry ingredients, drop from tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350

Frosting
2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tblsp. butter
Enough orange juice concentrate to make frosting
