Frozen tater tots, hash browns or use 6 slices bread, torn
8-10 large or x-large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, crumbled and fried
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
May use pepper if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cover 9 x 13 casserole pan with the first ingredient. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the first ingredient and refrigerate for 12 hours. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

You can substitute bacon or ham in place of the sausage. You may add onions and/or peppers if desired.
