2 pounds chicken, without skin and cleaned
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. crushed ginger
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. hot pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken and remove skin. Make several small slits. Place chicken in a large mixing bowl and add all the above ingredients and mix well. Marinate it 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Bake in oven at 350 or barbecue on grill. Can be served with salad or baked potato.
