4 cans chicken broth
2 cans Italian tomatoes
1 can Italian tomato sauce
2 cans water
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. frozen meat tortellini (12 ounces)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 lb. peeled zucchini (finely chopped)
garlic powder to taste
Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage, drain. Saute onion and zucchini in butter until transparent. In heavy stockpot, combine broth, crumbled sausage, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, water and seasonings. Simmer uncovered. The longer, the better. Cook tortellini according to directions. Add to soup 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
