package caramels 1/3 cup evaporated milk 1 German chocolate cake mix 3/4 cup butter 1/3 c evaporated milk 6 ounces chocolate chips
Combine caramel, 1/3 cup milk, and heat until melted. Grease, flour 13x9 pan. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup milk. Hand stir until dough holds together. Press 1/2 dough into pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate over baked crust. Spread caramel over chocolate. Crumble dough over. Bake 15-18 minutes. Cool.
