1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (2 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Saute shrimp and onion in butter until shrimp are tender; add mushrooms and cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook gently until heated through. Do not allow mixture to boil. Serve over rice.
