1 can pink salmon
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
1 egg beaten
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp., melted butter
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones and skin from salmon; flake salmon. Add cheese,egg, milk, melted butter, seasoning and enough crumbs to hold mixture together. Mix well and form in loaf. Cover with bread crumbs; sprinkle with cooking oil or melted butter. Bake in 375 oven until golden brown.
